OccuForm Hard Shell

Humanetics has worked extensively with Lear Corporation on the design and manufacturing of the OccuForm Hardshell. Lear Corporation uses the OccuForm Hardshell for the majority of their seat testing programs.
OccuForm Hard Shell
The design of the upper torso contours was derived from the UMTRI Shells (1) model data. The lower torso was developed by merging the new ASPECT (2) contour surface data with the UMTRI Shells model data. The size and contours are identical to the new ASPECT (SAE J826) definition of 50% male.
