About ProCam: 
The mobile ProCam consists of an active probe with a high-resolution digital camera, a portable PC for system control and the ProCam Crash software. The probe is equipped with a measuring tip to touch object points. The measurement is triggered easily by pushing the button on the handle. During the measurement, the camera is held facing a field of control points that is located nearby, either on portable panels or stationary in a room. The measurement targets are illuminated by the integrated infrared ring flash, which makes ProCam independent of surrounding light. Furthermore, only one orientation (RPS transformation) is necessary for measurement of the entire vehicle, which reduces setup time significantly and ensures accuracy by eliminating “leap-frogs”.
 
The probe tips are interchangeable and available in various shapes and lengths, allowing measurements with ProCam of any obstructed or hard to reach points. No calibration is required after changing a probe tip.
